A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. Why does adversity exist?

Session Leader: Vontarius Falls

The format of this session will be:

  1. Five minutes of welcome and introductions
  2. Segment A - Ten minutes of listening to the interests and perceptions of those who wish to learn more about adversity alchemy. Vontarius will be off-camera and muted.
  3. Segment B - Ten minutes of formal presentation by Vontarius.
  4. Segment C - Ten minutes of listening to the reactions to the formal presentation while Vontarius is off-camera and muted.
  5. Segment D - Ten minutes of open conversation including Vontarius.

Excited to be leading this discussion & helping those who attend reframe the way they view adversity in correlation to life/business!

What might life be like if there were no adversity for anyone ever?
Would we redefine adversity?

Who defines what is fair? When is it defined? Who defines the criteria for measuring it?
