Georgia LEARNS 2019 planning has started - please contact us with your agenda ideas

Leveraging Every Available Resource Non-Stop

A Different Plan – Georgia LEARNS(sm) is an economic development Platform. We engage with Executives involved in Nonprofits, Learning Technology, Technology, Investment, Academia and Consulting. The Platform identifies and funds projects focused on establishing Georgia as the global leader in the effective use of the ALO(sm) in support of "Performance Assurance" across all spectra of learning. The projects and outcomes will speak louder than words as we maintain this reputation and earn investments from a wide range of sources. These projects will be self-sustaining and produce an ongoing stream of visible results measured in jobs and economic benefits for those that participate. We collaborate with organizations around the world that are open to supporting these initiatives to accelerate positive global impact.

What do we ask from you? – Join us – everyone is welcome. Help us define and implement projects that create verifiable outcomes, embrace effective technologies and leverage purposeful collaboration. Our expectation is that you will generate income for your organization while helping Georgia LEARNS(sm) create better results, faster and less expensively than we would have been able to do without your help.

"One more IoT comment. LOL! This one regarding proof.  When you capture performance data at process step granularity and can sort it by date, you can then sort performance before an intervention (process, management, equipment...change,…"

"The top line of the KT Model is the decision to be made, then "must haves", nice to haves, weightings, scoring, & probability/seriousness. The premise of continuous improvement is that you're always asking how performance,…"

"Thank you Bill - i agree with continuously and bottom weighted - and assert that - this is probably what happens whether we realize it or not! I just looked up the Kepner-Tregoe process and it produced two thoughts: 1. How would this work for those…"

"I think the "when" is continuously and the "by whom" should be a bottom-weighted hierarchy. What I mean by "bottom-weighted" is, the people performing the tasks should have more decision power than any single manager in…"

"You're addressing "how to define success" and then asking how to monitor.   Building off of what Bill Crose wrote above, Define / Do / Measure / Analyze could bring you back to Define (aka Continuous Improvement…"

"Trust First"

This group will allow for dialog among those who wish to learn and share with others - as motivated by "Trust First"  by Bruce Deel.I learned about this book from Wayne Hauenstein. Wayne was one of the first to visit City of Refuge with me - shortly after I learned of its existence. Wayne forwarded to me Simon Sinek promotional…See More
