I learned:

  1. Tpproach to dealing with chaos is not defined
  2. Everyone is involved in the process
  3. Each person is responsible for their behavior ( being responsible)
  4. The anchor (boundary) is your task vs.externally provided documentation
  5. Result - more than twice the adoption
