I learned:

  1. Tpproach to dealing with chaos is not defined
  2. Everyone is involved in the process
  3. Each person is responsible for their behavior (vs.management being responsible)
  4. The anchor (boundary) is your task vs.externally provided documentation
  5. Result - more than twice the adoption
