A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. I could not find a Milton Berle or Nipsey Russell clip that I was brave enough to link.

They have some "old" ideas about what was funny. Please try to find some clips via you-tube and let me know how we might leverage them? Are they counter-examples of what we wish to be? Are they inspiration for what we once were ...and what we might be again?
