A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. As a follow up the GLN 2023 TryItAbout led by Adam Kunz on Thursday, November 9th we conversed about:

 

  1. Using ChatGPT or Google/Bard on a project of our choice where we were open to a creative solution.
  2. Doing something with what we learned over the next 30 days or so.
  3. Reconvening to share with each other what we learned.
