A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. Great questions Steph. I don't know the answers yet. I think the skills will emerge and be honed as we are willing to "open" up our Minds, practice using the tools (by experiencing a pluralism event), and then self-reflecting the effectiveness of our skills (perhaps by applying something that was hidden within us.)
