A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. Session Leader: Paul Terlemezian
The format of this session will be:
- Five minutes of welcome and introductions
- Segment A - Ten minutes of listening to the interests and perceptions of those who wish to learn about pluralism with the presenter off-camera and muted.
- Segment B - Ten minutes of formal presentation regarding the Georgia LEARNS Pluralism Format (please review the attached document)
- Segment C - Ten minutes of listening to the reactions to the formal presentation while the presenter is off-camera and muted.
- Segment D - Ten minutes of open conversation including the presenter
In this 17 minute video, Linda Hill motivates the concepts of:
- Creative Abrasion
- Creative Agility
- Creative Resolution
My ambition is for "pluralism" to enable leadership that embraces these concepts.

Great questions Steph. I don't know the answers yet. I think the skills will emerge and be honed as we are willing to "open" up our Minds, practice using the tools (by experiencing a pluralism event), and then self-reflecting the effectiveness of our skills (perhaps by applying something that was hidden within us.)
