A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. When accused of not delivering effective training because the learners didn't perform as they were trained, we took refuge in our management support role and not ultimately responsible or accountable for LEARNING or productivity.…

This session will include open discussion between the learning leaders and those interested in learning from them as part of the recently announced Academy for Advancing Learning Leadership (AL2.)
The room will “open” at 8:00 and there will be a 20-minute presentation at 8:30 which will be repeated at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. A conference line (712) 775-7031 545 655 264# will be open and the chat room on this website will also be monitored.

AAL http://www.aalgroup.org has been providing leadership development programs to academic leaders since its inception in 2005.
Early in 2019 an Advisory Council of Enterprise Learning Leader was formed to provide guidance and insights to AAL and Georgia LEARNS on the concept of an Academy for Advancing Learning Leadership. The focus of the Academy will be to provide services to Enterprises to accelerate and support the development of current and future learning leaders in the workplace. A series of peer-based learning activities will be offered by the Academy for Advancing Learning Leadership (AL2) via a subscription or a la carte service including:
