A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. Hello. Are you using music @ work in any form? Do you think music has useful applications to business and the workplace? I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas on these questions and others related to a more intentional approach to music @ work. Thx. Larry
Larry, you taught me about the differences between an orchestra and jazz. What other forms of music might apply as a metaphor of leadership, collaboration, and/or fulfillment. How do we recognize or decide which form would be most effective? Might different forms work for different people focused on the same problem? What are the pros and cons of everyone being required to listen to the same music?
