Adaptable Learning Outcomes (ALO) (offering programs that work every time)

The content is focused on understanding (mindset and toolset) and applying (skillset) the ALO framework. The workshop includes an intake process and a tailored variation of education, consulting, execution, and support that are adapted to meet the expectations for everyone who expresses interest.

  • Education -  Understanding the ALO
  • Consulting – Assuring that the ALO is applied effectively by you
  • Execution - Applying the ALO for you
  • Support - Sustaining the impact of your choice (education, consulting, execution)

The Adaptable Learning Outcomes Workshop is offered in three variations:

  1. An online BlastOutAbout (5 hours of content in 55 minutes) designed for CEO's and CLO's. The purpose is to evaluate the relevance of the ALO. The ideal class size is one to five participants.
  2. An online program consisting of three sessions designed for executives and performance consultants. The purpose is to learn how to apply the ALO and then apply it to augment, adapt, or convert an existing course. It may also be applied to building a new program. 
  3. An in person customized program for a business entity.

Strategic Alliances Outcomes (generating revenue for your programs)

The content is focused on understanding (mindset and toolset) and applying (skillset) the iFive Alliances proprietary process and tools for implementing revenue producing strategic alliances. The workshop includes an intake process and a tailored variation of education, consulting, execution, and support that are adapted to meet the expectations for everyone who expresses interest.

  • Education -  Understanding the mindset, toolset, and skillset
  • Consulting – Assuring that the tools are applied effectively by you
  • Execution - Applying the tools for you
  • Support - Sustaining the impact of your choice (education, consulting, execution)

The Strategic Alliances Outcomes Workshop is offered in three variations:

The purpose is to learn how to apply the proprietary process and then apply it to improve, convert or leverage an existing relationship to generate more revenue. The tools may also be applied to create new revenue producing relationships.. 
  3. An in person customized program for a business entity.
