We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. Why do salespeople exist?

Salespeople are the path from the customer to the solution - they are connectors.
I propose that CURIOSITY is the most important attribute of a salesperson. But how do they close, if they stay in curiosity?

Great comment Steph - perhaps they "close" by engaging their prospect's Curiosity so well that the prospect chooses to become a client in order to satisfy their own curiosity!
