A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. Here is what I learned from listening:
- Continue to allow anyone to lead a session on any topic - the narrower the better
- Consider a buddy or mentoring approach
- Determine how to measure success
- Leverage the offer for free use of tools from Chuck
- Be more explicit regarding the freedom of options (e.g. in person)
