Here is what I learned from listening:

1. Continue to allow anyone to lead a session on any topic - the narrower the better
2. Consider a buddy or mentoring approach
3. Determine how to measure success
4. Leverage the offer for free use of tools from Chuck
5. Be more explicit regarding the freedom of options (e.g. in person)
