We are super excited to experience a virtual learning environment with you.  If you would like to "BYOD" Oculus Quest 2 headset then please PRE-REGISTER so that we can send you a link to the virtual learning campus and have your avatar set up completed prior to the session (this will save us time and ensure a smooth transition during the session).

For those of you who do not have a headset don't worry, you will be able to see/hear/experience the virtual environment via the zoom.

Curious?

Check out this coaching a difficult conversation (VR- example)

Hi All,

To get you curious, here is another immersive learning example - using the card game BARNGA for intercultural training in VR...

For those who PREREGISTER and wish to BYOD for a full experiential immersion, we will be holding a drop-in session the day before to get you and your technology set up for the ideal VR experience during the session.
Bring your headset/handset (fully charged ;-) to our GL VR pre-session tech check:
drop in on Tuesday, Nov 28 between 11:30am and 12:30pm EST

Hi there, we would love to ensure we have an engaging experience in the VR learning environment with you!  Please reply here if you are planning to attend.

We want to ensure you are prepped ahead of time.  If you wish to BYOD for a full experiential immersion, we will be holding a drop-in session the day before to get you and your technology set up for the ideal VR experience during the session.

Bring your headset/handset (fully charged ;-) to our GL VR pre-session tech check:

If you cannot join us for the pre-session tech check, we can send you instructions to get to the app and log in credentials.

I will attend the session on the 29th at 4PM. I will not be able to attend on the 28th.

Thanks Paul!

The people who ought to attend on the 28th are those who wish to participate with their own Oculus Quest goggles. They need to receive from us a link to the Edstutia app (VR platform) and log in credentials.

I have an Oculus and would like to participate in todays session. Could you please send a link?

Thanks.

Gordon Rogers

Hi Gordon, that is terrific!

Please email me directly (in private) your Meta Oculus email address so we can send you the link to the virtual environment.

See you there!
