The format of this session will be:

1. Five minutes of welcome and introductions
2. Segment A - Ten minutes of listening to the interests and perceptions of those who wish to learn more about innovation. Walt will be off-camera and muted.
3. Segment B - Ten minutes of formal presentation by Walt.
4. Segment C - Ten minutes of listening to the reactions to the formal presentation while Walt is off-camera and muted.
5. Segment D - Ten minutes of open conversation including Walt.

Innovation is:

1. Cultural - Only innovative companies grow rapidly

2. Requires failure to iterate. So, failure must be okay (why most refuse to try innovating)

3. Inherent in a small set of the population, but all can participate collaboratively with a perspective to help iterate and combine ideas. You need to hire creative, innovation leaders, it is difficult to make them. 

4. Necessary for companies to survive in today's rapid evolution of products and technology
