Thank you Mayank. We have come full-cycle - especially with technology leaders from working in person to encouraging people to work remote to being forced to work remote (due to COVID) to being "allowed" to work hybrid to...????

Rightly said, we have come full cycle. Leadership is even more crucial as we engage with the team to start working in-person, again. It would be a fine balance of interpersonal skills, servant leadership, navigating individual circumstances, and others, which will bring out the best in everyone.
