A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. WoW!  Look at these powerful peeps!  Tickled, honored and thrilled to contribute, collaborate and to learn from this panel that is curious about curiosity!  Lookin' forward to leveling up on the subject of curiosity! 

Just thinking ... do you think it would be good for teams to rate their "level of curiosity" on various items?

I have become intrigued by the correlation between receptiveness to curiosity and strength of pre-existing relationship.

Specifically - how can curiosity be used to accelerate the quality of new relationships?
