Wouldn't every business claim to be customer-centric?

What other choices are there?

  • Employee
  • Owner
  • Community
  • Cause

Is there only one centricity per entity?

Is there a hierarchy of centricities?

For me, this TeachAbout was like the greatest 2-course dinner.  First, we had overwhelmingly tasty appetizers and a meal provided by "us."  Then, Mary served us the most delicious meal and the finest wine.

Memorable.  Henry Liebling.

Henry - terrific analogy!

You are one of the chefs!
