A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. Since participating in the CURIOSITY segment, I am finding myself even more curious about things.

I wonder how others have been impacted by their involvement with this CURIOUSITY segment..

I have become intrigued by the correlation between receptiveness to curiosity and strength of pre-existing relationship.

Specifically - how can curiosity be used to accelerate the quality of new relationships?
