A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. When accused of not delivering effective training because the learners didn't perform as they were trained, we took refuge in our management support role and not ultimately responsible or accountable for LEARNING or productivity.…

An objective will be for you to be part of a conversation with every other executive in attendance. There will be purposeful opportunity (via the Project Round Tables) at the event and online opportunity via this website. The uniqueness of Georgia LEARNS is its focus on projects and executive interaction. The value to you will certainly come from participation at a project table or panel focused on your work – but even more so as the other executives experience you contributing your thinking and passion about results, technology and collaboration at another round table that is not directly related to your company or work.
