We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. Embracing Uncertainty as a Catalyst for Growth
In times of rapid change, uncertainty often feels uncomfortable or even threatening. Yet, it is also the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and transformation. This session will explore how to shift your mindset from fearing the unknown to seeing it as fertile ground for possibility.
Through reflection, discussion, and interactive exercises, participants will:
- Recognize the Opportunity in Uncertainty: Understand how every major breakthrough, personal or professional, begins with a moment of not knowing.
- Build Confidence in Ambiguous Situations: Learn techniques to stay grounded and resourceful when direction is not clear.
- Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Explore how curiosity and adaptability turn disruption into discovery.
- Turn Fear into Fuel: Practice reframing anxiety about the future into motivation to take action, experiment, and learn.
By the end of this session, participants will leave with practical tools and a renewed sense of empowerment, ready to navigate the unknown with confidence and to see uncertainty not as a barrier but as the spark that ignites growth.
Session Format: GLN TeachAbout
- Five minutes of welcome and introductions
- Segment A - Ten minutes of listening to the interests and perceptions of those who wish to learn about Embracing Uncertainty as Fuel for Growth with Sherry off-camera and muted.
- Segment B - Ten minutes of formal presentation by Sherry regarding Embracing Uncertainty as Fuel for Growth
- Segment C - Ten minutes of listening to the reactions to the formal presentation while Sherry is off-camera and muted.
- Segment D - Ten minutes of open conversation including Sherry.
