Technology Education - Can We Keep Up?

Search on Technology Skills Gap and you'll get >40M hits. What's relevant? What matters? How does this apply to my company, my employees, my clients, myself? Let's share some ideas and explore options to address this challenging phenomenon.

Discussion topics include:

  • Experience, Education, and Exposure (70-20-10)
  • Generational differences
  • Learning preferences
  • Creative approaches to meet the increasing demand

The pace of change has never been this fast - yet it will never be this slow again. (Justin Trudeau Prime Minister of Canada)

Business decisions have increasingly become more influenced by technology. And, since the pace of change continues to transform rapidly, we need to devise creative means to continually enhance the knowledge & skills of our employees to meet the demand.

Looking forward to sharing ideas and exploring ways we can address the training complexities of today's work environment including experiential learning, hands-on-training at the time of need, non-traditional means of skilling-up, and job bidding.

(Teaser: There may be giveaways to attendees who participate)
