As I wonder about the impact of AI to job creation I think about how the value we seek continues to shift. With learning the value has shifted from memorization to access to curation to just in time access - and yet the real value of learning is the application of learning to create value. How do we create value when the existing methods are being rapidly displaced or misunderstood - or perhaps more frightening - perhaps the value was a myth?

This session will apply the GLN Insights approach.
