A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. When accused of not delivering effective training because the learners didn't perform as they were trained, we took refuge in our management support role and not ultimately responsible or accountable for LEARNING or productivity.…
ContinueTuesday, October 27,12:00 - 12:45 Learning Leaders AI Usage - E5T5 26 BYOL Panel
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84574765868?pwd=dvMJMaijB3WFpuyYJsCh1Nabk...
This group of Learning Leaders began earlier this year and will participate in a BYOL Panel regarding their usage of AI.
Here is the format for this panel:
1. Each panelist will introduce themselves and describe how they are using AI and then offer what they wish to learn more about. They will be asked to do this in 2 minutes or less (30 seconds is fine - the shorter the better.)
2. After each panelist has offered their perspective - we will either create breakout rooms or have one conversation.
3. The panel will conclude with a short (30 seconds or less) concluding statement by each panelist.
Engaged participants are encouraged to reply to this conversation with questions and insights. You are also encouraged to attend this session and engage in conversation with the panelists of your choice.
