A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. When accused of not delivering effective training because the learners didn't perform as they were trained, we took refuge in our management support role and not ultimately responsible or accountable for LEARNING or productivity.…

The format of this session will be:
- Five minutes of welcome and introductions
- Segment A - Ten minutes of listening to the interests and perceptions of those who wish to learn more about adversity alchemy. Vontarius will be off-camera and muted.
- Segment B - Ten minutes of formal presentation by Vontarius.
- Segment C - Ten minutes of listening to the reactions to the formal presentation while Vontarius is off-camera and muted.
- Segment D - Ten minutes of open conversation including Vontarius.

What might life be like if there were no adversity for anyone ever?
Would we redefine adversity?Who defines what is fair? When is it defined? Who defines the criteria for measuring it?
