We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. When accused of not delivering effective training because the learners didn't perform as they were trained, we took refuge in our management support role and not ultimately responsible or accountable for LEARNING or productivity.…

I'm excited to listen in to both formats of this talk. Looking forward to this!

Why do salespeople exist?

What does the buyer want from their salesperson?

What does the employer want from their salesperson?

Why does a salesperson sell?

Salespeople are the path from the customer to the solution - they are connectors.

I propose that CURIOSITY is the most important attribute of a salesperson.  But how do they close, if they stay in curiosity?

In addition to the Sales session - check out the 10x Leader session, where we consider how to multiply mission through people...TeachAbout - 10x Leader

Great comment Steph - perhaps they "close" by engaging their prospect's Curiosity so well that the prospect chooses to become a client in order to satisfy their own curiosity!

I am looking forward to 10x Leader!
