This should be an interesting and welcomed workshop.  Over the years I have been developing training I have to admit that Level 3 and Level 4 have often been viewed similarly to hearing that the client content needs to meet Section 508 criteria.  Each seem so elusive and hard to define and determine if they are actually being met or measured accurately.
