AAL http://www.aalgroup.org has been providing leadership development programs to academic leaders since its inception in 2005.

Early in 2019 an Advisory Council of Enterprise Learning Leader was formed to provide guidance and insights to AAL and Georgia LEARNS on the concept of an Academy for Advancing Learning Leadership. The focus of the Academy will be to provide services to Enterprises to accelerate and support the development of current and future learning leaders in the workplace. A series of peer-based learning activities will be offered by the Academy for Advancing Learning Leadership (AL2) via a subscription or a la carte service including:

  1. A three-day annual peer-to-peer program.
  2. A monthly live event (classroom and online) - initial topic list attached
  3. Online access to daily learning and leadership topics.
  4. A Learning Leader Concierge Service

This open forum session will provide the opportunity to learn more about the content and format of AL2.
