A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. When accused of not delivering effective training because the learners didn't perform as they were trained, we took refuge in our management support role and not ultimately responsible or accountable for LEARNING or productivity.…

Bob has been a friend for many years and recently sent me a note. Here is an excerpt:
"...I've decided that I am going to return to where my REAL Passion lies which is to help further spread the NetWeaving message around the globe. Back when 'google' was showing 'daily' the number of hits that a "NetWeaving" search was getting, it was several hundred thousand. My goal is to get that into the MILLIONS.
I plan to do this through a totally new strategy that includes these new elements:
- An entirely new and enhanced NetWeaving International website - soon http://www.netweavinginternational.com
- A new and AI-enhanced "NetWeaver Diplomat" course and certification program
- A new PROCESS to accelerate the most powerful tool of NetWeaving - Setting up and Facilitating NetWeaving Hosting Meetings (Please re-read one of the books I summarized - "How to Become a Power Connector" by Judy Robinett)
Within the next several days, there will be a major - two-part article - appearing in Sales and Marketing Magazine - the most widely circulated magazine of its kind, emphasizing how this new ability to set up and facilitate 'online' hosting meetings is bound to help NetWeaving hosting meetings explode in popularity and frequency.
Please let me know if you are willing to help be a part, with me, of re-energizing the NetWeaving concept around the U.S. and around the globe."

- Segment B - Ten minutes of formal presentation regarding NetWeaving.
- Segment C - Ten minutes of listening to the reactions to the formal presentation while Bob is off-camera and muted.
- Segment D - Ten minutes of open conversation including Bob.
