A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. GLN 2024 - id/DEALization of id/DEAL Project Launch

Monday, December 2, 2024 4:00 PM Eastern.

This session will be the project launch of the id/DEALization of id/DEAL.

The Format of the session will be an application of the AKV Process.

  1. Main Room - the main room will be open for two hours. It will be used for general announcements.
  2. There will be two permanent breakout rooms - one for Formal Debate and a second for Pluralism.
  3. There will also be several ad hoc breakout rooms.
  4. Each participant may invite anyone to attend an AKV session.
  5. Participants may stay in the main room or move to any breakout room whenever they wish.

  1. Review of id/DEAL process
  2. Introduction of Proactive Conflict Resolution Concept
  3. Introduction of AKV Process
  4. id/DEAL Project Pipeline
  5. General id/DEAL Conversation
  6. Confirmation of next project meeting
