GLN 2024 - id/DEALization - Selling to “CEO’s”

The CEO's we are referring to are in small companies - perhaps 0-30 Million in revenue.

Bob Norton has been working with these CEO's for decades and he has been an active participant in the Georgia LEARNS Community. His work is excellent - I am a vocal advocate because of what I have learned from his work. I am applying and benefiting from what I learned from Bob nearly 20 years ago.

I am eager to help his work go further. Bob and I have different approaches for how to make this happen. We have discussed this difference many times and have been focused on id/DEALizing our differences.

1. Bob and I will each state what we like/dislike about the approach of the other
2. We will then go into breakout rooms and learn from your reactions to what you heard. You may move between breakout rooms as you wish.
3. When we return from the breakouts - Bob and I will both report on what we learned from you.
4. We will then ask what each of you learned and would be willing to validate - how you will validate it and if you would be willing to share what you learned.
