Please comment on the following plans:
The virtual conference is likely to be a variation of BYOL similar to what we have done in the past. What changes or improvements do you suggest be considered?
March 25, 2022 Update:
I am considering a theme: "Learning as a Way of Leading" (Preskill and Brookfield) that motivates these topics:

Love this list!
Loving the topics and hope to be able to learn a lot during the conference.
The theme is perfect. One could argue good leadership IS learning so perhaps Leading by Learning? Learning is Leading?
Also, rather than the word morality, under the community line, what do you think about ethics instead?
I'm so happy we get to be a hybrid event this year. Thanks!
Donna
Thank you Dawn, Brent, and Donna.
Donna - would you be willing to say something more regarding ethics instead of morality?
I like the Theme and the topics:
I love the idea of virtual experience and the in-person experience - I am wondering if there is a way of combining the two ( to make the conference a hybrid experience) over a period of 3/4 days? You would deliver this in a shorter period of time...
I can see how you may want to focus on projects in the non-profit sector - I am curious what a combination of not-for-profit and for-profit would like... Could a combined focus meet the needs of attendees from the two sectors?
Thank you Mary - I am wide open to any thoughts regarding hybrid. Neicey Johnson offered an excellent TeachAbout regarding how not-for-profit and for-profit might collaborate. This is consistent with the purpose of Georgia LEARNS.
