<p>In the traditional sense, Instructional Design is a cumbersome process. I believe we need a hybrid approach that will achieve the same outcomes we seek, but is flexible enough to provide a rapid means of development. We need to examine and prioritize the outcomes and what they should look like to meet the current learning demand.</p>
