A lifetime ago, my training department colleagues and I were satisfied with training data. We cranked out the requested ILT programs plus the "flavor of the year" content, we kept a busy training schedule, and made sure the coffee was always the right temperature. When accused of not delivering effective training because the learners didn't perform as they were trained, we took refuge in our management support role and not ultimately responsible or accountable for LEARNING or productivity.…

I spoke with Vontarius today about what he intends to teach in this session. He proposed three areas:
- Foundations
- Removal of biases
- Personal and Professional aspects
I also mentioned Sherry Heyl, Chris Brenchley, and Matt Meador as people I would like him to meet and then after the call I thought of Richard Genet and Adam Kunz. Who else should I have considered. Why might I consider you?

Vontarius has been "ahead of the curve" in general and with AI in particular. I am eager to learn with him again and encourage him to post his Adversity Alchemy equation here and in the original presentation from 2023.
