Placing Decision Responsibility

• What does displaying leadership skills as a driver mean to you?
• What observations regarding the way someone drives would cause you to doubt their leadership capabilities?
• What are specific actions anyone can take to encourage others to apply their best leadership skills while driving?
• Why do you think these actions are not taken every time by everyone?
• What are you willing to do when you observe a lack of leadership skills in the driving habits of others?
• What incentives or programs do you think would effectively encourage drivers to apply their best leadership skills while driving?

During this session we will provide an overview for each of the sessions listed below.

The Plus-BYOL-Plus format includes:

1. An online discussion group for each topic - managed by moderators
2. Moderators to stimulate interest in the topic - before, during, and after the event
3. Topical relevant humor via humorists or video
4. Panelists who briefly offer their perspective and then learn in a breakout room
5. "Remarkable" speakers who listen without speaking until the very end when they report on what they learned by reading the online discussions and observing the panelists and breakout rooms.
6. You  - in any of the above rules and/or via your online engagement via comments.
